The BMW Club of Battle Creek
(BMW MOA #14 and BMW RA #349)
Founded in 1971, The BMW Club of Battle Creek, Michigan
(BCBMW Club), is the 14th Chartered Club of BMW MOA and the
349th Chartered Club of BMW RA.
We are a fun group of
motorcyclists, who enjoy riding, maintaining and talking about all
things related to BMW motorcycles.
In addition
to monthly meetings and ride destinations (weather permitting), our
club sponsors
the Original Mini-Rally the first
weekend in May each year.
If you are visiting our site for the first time, we invite you to
have a look around, join us at an event or attend a meeting and
consider becoming a member.

50th Annual Original Mini-Rally
May 5-7, 2023
BMW Club of Battle Creek returns to
Circle Pines
Center in Delton, MI
for our 50th Annual Original Mini Rally.
This year, we again welcome Motocross Champion Jeff Stanton to share
information about his off-road riding adventures and some great off-road riding tips.
He'll also be leading field events at 4pm on Saturday
afternoon.
BMW Motorcycles of Grand
Rapids will be on hand to offer demo rides and answer your
questions about the newest BMW motorcycle line-up.

Mileage Contest
As announced at the March club meeting, it's
almost time for our annual Club Mileage
Contest to begin! It's easy to join the fun, and you
could win "fabulous" prizes and kudos for your accomplishments.
This year's contest begins
April 1, 2023. Here's how you
can participate:
Register your beginning odometer(s):
1.
On April 1, 2023: Take a photo of your odometer(s) and send
to Mike S. no later than April 30, 2023.
2. RIDE!!! RIDE!!! RIDE!!!
Register
your ending odometers(s) this fall:
3. Take a photo of your odometer(s) at the end of the contest
(November 3, 2023) and send it to Mike S. bu November 30,2023.
Share your adventure stories and photos
along the way.
Winners will be awarded prizes at our annual
December dinner.

Traction Training
Following the February club meeting, club
member Don H. invited members to his home for 2022 Traction
Training. Don provided the bikes and instruction, and
well-bundled club members practiced traction control on the snow.

International Female Ride Day is Saturday,
May 6, 2023
International Female Ride Day is Saturday, May
6, 2023 during the 50th Annual Original Mini Rally.
It's a great opportunity for motorcycle dealers, manufacturers and others in our community
to witness the positive impact that women have on motorcycling.
Meet other women riders at the Original Mini Rally and plan a day
ride on Saturday.
